Yes. BlueComp is supported by Blue Whale Compensation LLC and provided by agreement with users at no monthly cost. A one-time setup fee may apply depending on the complexity of your program. BlueComp is included as a deliverable in all Blue Whale Compensation plans.
We currently manage compensation in spreadsheets. Can we move to BlueComp?
Absolutely. For companies upgrading from a spreadsheet-based process, we offer BlueComp installation services to migrate your data into the platform. A setup fee may apply. Contact us to discuss your specific situation and get started.
Does BlueComp provide market pricing information?
